- Procedure documents can be developed for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
3D Solutions
At T-Rex we work in three dimensions at all times from the analysis of a structure to the creation of the 3D solid model of the structure, piping and mechanical systems. We continually strive to find new and improved ways to perform our analysis and design process providing the best solutions for our clients.

Our 3D models provide full functionality of moving parts and assemblies, exact bill of materials, weights, center of gravity of components and assemblies, and 2D and 3D cad drawings. Our bill of materials can also track vendor supplied drawing references, materials, and supplier identification. 2D and 3D drawings can be generated for quality control, weld mapping, dimensional accuracy. As-built 3D model and drawings can also be provided at the end of the project.

We have shown that the development of the 3D model does not have to stop at the completion of the AFC document: they can also be used in the development of FAT and SIT layout, procedures, ROV accessibility, field layout, jumper clash checks, transportation load out, and ROV simulation testing and training.
