Analysis work is performed through manual calculations, FEA, and 3D computer modeling and simulation. Our engineering services can include complex non-linear analysis, material contact interaction, and fatigue, joint can, 2D & 3D frame analysis, MathCAD design and analysis sheets. T-Rex engineers work with the following software: Ansys, Abaqus, Algor, Nastran, FeMap, SACS, StruCAD 3D, and additional proprietary post processing software. Our engineers have extensive experience in designing to our clients’ standards and/or industry recognized standards such as AISC, API, ABS, and DnV.
