Analysis work is performed through manual calculations, FEA, and 3D computer modeling and simulation. Our engineering services can include complex non-linear analysis, material contact interaction, and fatigue, joint can, 2D & 3D frame analysis, MathCAD design and analysis sheets. T-Rex engineers work with the following software: Ansys, Abaqus, Algor, Nastran, FeMap, SACS, StruCAD 3D, and additional proprietary post processing software.
