T-Rex provides a wide array of fabrication services to the offshore oil and gas industry. From custom designs to production line-type equipment, we manufacture subsea tie-in components and related equipment based on our customer’s needs.

We have a robust ISO 9001:2008 compliant quality system that encompasses all aspects of our capabilities:

  • Fabrication to Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings
  • Welding:
    • Strict adherence to qualified welding procedures in accordance with ASME Sec IX, AWS, and API1104 codes.
    • Material capabilities include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and more.
    • Inlay capabilities including Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel.
  • Blasting and Coating
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Transportation, Loadout and Seafastening (as required)


Weld Procedure Software

For those services requiring subcontractors, we only use companies with a proven track record of providing quality services for: third party witness, equipment calibrations, coupon machining, radiographic inspection, and diagnostic testing to complete our WPS testing requirements.
