Our project managers plan, coordinate, and budget project activities as required by our clients and our quality management system. Additionally, they are responsible for bid development, defining project objectives, ensuring project compliance with client requirements, monitoring schedule adherence and approving all project expenditures. Finally, T-REX understands the importance of communication as our project managers serve as the primary interface between our operations team and the client.

Project Management deliverables include:

  • Project-specific Execution Plan and Project Procedures
  • Project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
  • Microsoft or Primavera Project schedules
  • Weekly progress reports for monitoring Cost, Time and Quality
  • Request for Information (RFI) for needed clarifications
  • Project Databook including all design, procurement and fabrication documents
